Backing

Once the carpet is tufted (into the primary backing), it requires a secondary backing. At Adam Carpets, we have the ability to ‘back’ the carpets in the same building as we tuft them. Our backing plant is amongst the most efficient and modern in the UK.

Having the ability to back the carpet means we can tailor the backing to make sure it is right for each individual range. This again stresses our attention for detail in everything we do.

The Carpet Is Tufted Into The Primary Backing Ready for the Secondary Backing to be Applied
