One of the great things about working at Adam Carpets are the number of lovely messages we receive from our customers.

We received a fantastic email this week which I have reprinted below:

“I Have just sold my house with the above carpet fitted 12 years ago. The house has had many varied occupants including babies, dogs tenants etc. The carpet has been commercially cleaned several times. Its condition is outstanding and my wife is insisting we use the same carpet in our new apartment in Worthing. Thought you would like to know ! The carpet was fitted by Taylors of Banchory who incidentally are excellent representatives for your products.”

ISO9001 covers all areas of our business from production methods through to customer service issues.

Adam Carpets Rep to Cycle the Length of the Country

Adam Carpets Sales Rep for Scotland, Jonathan Hunter, will be undertaking an amazing challenge this Summer by cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats.

Jonathan is hoping to raise £5,000 for the Alzheimer’s Society. He explains why:

“I have chosen to Cycle 1000miles from Lands End to John O Groats (LEJOG) on 31st of August 2013 in an effort to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Society Charity.

Alzheimer’s is a Charity very personal to me as I lost my Dad to this terrible disease in March 2007. It is a disease that affects around 800,000 people in the UK and has a major impact on their families and carers. The Society’s fight is to offer support for people with all types of dementia and their carers. Their support network of local services touch the lives of over 30,000 people every week.”

Marquette Plaid on the Shortlist for ‘Best Carpet’

Our stunning Marquette Plaid range has been turning heads ever since it was launched. Now, leading interiors magazine ‘House Beautiful’ have shortlisted it for the category of ‘Best Carpet’ at their upcoming ‘House Beautiful Awards 2012′.

The criteria for the award include innovation, quality and value for money.

The awards are being held this year at the Science Museum in London.

Another Satisfied Customer…..

We recently received this lovely email from one of customers., Mrs. Yvonne Finlay. It is always great to hear such wonderful feedback. It reinforces our belief that by using the finest raw materials, we can create a carpet that stays looking better for longer. Not all wool twists are the same.

“I as a customer purchased your Castlemead Twist carpet seventeen years ago. It has worn brilliantly. We are so pleased with the wear it has given us as a family in our home. Everyone who visits our house comments on it and can’t believe the time it has been down. We have just relayed the hall in Castlemead Velvet Stripe ‘Black Ice’ (CVS02) and also the master bedroom in Castlemead Twist ‘Oyster Shell’ (CD90). We’re now looking to complete the rest of the house with the same carpet.
